The main event will be held between beautiful Tipis and a Barn – we have heating in both but it may still be chilly!  I’d suggest a warm coat and flat boots or shoes.

There is only one exit at Newbury Park Station. Two Mycelia greeters will direct you to the buses. They will be wearing Mycelia lanyards. The shuttle buses will leave between 1:30 and 2:15pm. 

Our last bus will leave Newbury Park at 2.15pm sharp. Beyond this time, we ask you to grab a cab from Newbury Park, using these co-ordinates N51.61688 E0.18705 – satnavs are unreliable! Please note it takes about 20 minutes to get to Imogen’s house by car. 

There will be vegan, carnivore and gluten free options.

We dearly want you to stay for the whole event and enjoy the concert in The Barn at the end. If however you know in advance you’ll have to leave us before the coaches depart at 10pm, we suggest pre-booking with Kilo Cars (01708444444).

Waiting times can vary so we’ll have a dedicated member of the team on hand to help anyone who needs to leave at short -notice on the night.

Please be sure to sign-out before your early departure, as we need be aware of vehicles arriving on-site and also keep a tally on our number of guests. 

Unfortunately, there are no local hotels we would feel confident in recommending. We would suggest hotels close to Liverpool Street station (Ace Hotel).
